All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the start date of the course.
Full refund will be granted if the request is made before the course begins.
If the request is made after the course has begun, a prorated refund will be granted based on the percentage of the course that has been completed.
No refund will be granted if the request is made after 30% of the course has been completed.
If a student is unable to complete a course due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, family crisis), a prorated refund may be granted at the discretion of Cliniversity.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the request and will be issued to the original payment method.
If a student is found to have cheated or plagiarized, no refund will be granted.
